I acknowledge professional fees are payable for services provided and additional fees may apply for amendments, ATO reviews, audits, late information, complex tax matters, rental properties, crypto, capital gains, business schedules or other work outside a standard tax return.

I authorise PoliceTax / Accountants Plus Pty Ltd to use my information to prepare, review, lodge and manage my tax affairs through the ATO Tax Agent Portal where required.
